One of the most prominent reasons is the software industry is continually evolving and outsourcing software jobs to independent contractors or other software firms gives companies an increased flexibility that is not possible when they rely solely on their in-house software personnel. Being able to offer clients a wider range of skills is beneficial to the company. This can be achieved through outsourcing software jobs to individuals or firms with unique skill sets.
